tools and weapons decay

Hi could i request a plugin to turn on/off tools & Weapon decay/breakage. or does anybody know a way to turn this off and on through the server.cfg or rcon ?

No plugin needed.

Add those lines in your server.cfg file located in \cfg\ :

conditionloss.damagemultiplier "0.0"
conditionloss.armorhealthmult "0.0"

Just like I wrote them. Your config file should look like :
