Unable to load mono library (error 193) after installing Fougerite 1.9.8 on clean Rust Legacy server

I downloaded Original Rust Legacy Server Files 1.1 and Fougerite Official 1.9.8. I followed the instructions exactly: Backed up my server Downloaded the latest release Unpacked all files in the root folder of the server Ran Fougerite.Patcher.exe in rust_server_Data\Managed (entered "0") Edited FougeriteDirectory.cfg and Fougerite.cfg Launched the server But when I start the server, I get this error: Unable to load mono library from "C:/Users/oldsp/OneDrive/Desktop/rust_dedicated/rust_server_Data/Mono/mono.dll" (error = 193).
