You will NEVER be able to bypass SteamID and IP changes. RustBuster uses and sends HARDWARE IDS which cannot be changed. This is an extension that was made against hackers. Nobody will ever provide you a better protection than that. You either accept the unbans, or switch to RB.

You can not ban evade if your server is running RustBuster.
The banned player's Hardware ID is banned, The only way around this is a new PC
