Most likely you do not have the 3 ports open. Make another thread in the correct section if you still can not get it Too work.

Maybe a direct solution is to use a domain ddns for example here: You create the domain here https://my.noip.com and then install the client https://www.noip.com/download?page=win

After doing the portforwarding, but if you have problems with this you can choose to create a DMZ protocol on your router to your local ip (192.168.0.135), and this would suffice
