and client is 100% runing as administrator what is problem?

cracked server or steam server?
Steam server throws on error on connect (From what I found).
I changed to a cracked one it allowed me to enter

No Idea what's wrong, but you must be doing something bad for sure.

I have all ports open on request - for example, if you start the server under 28015 - it is open otherwise is closed - same with 28017 - a feature request - open

how you fix it?

Yes I'm online there, no problem

I would log in on ports 28016 and 28017. Status if they are working perfectly on the server.

Then it most be something with your server configuration.

If you can connect to my test server It means that the client is all fine.
