All the servers have 0 players, I think the client couldn't query from the servers?
As @tarynkelley said If you could show us your RustBuster.log It would help.

Its because your virus scanner is detecting the RustBuster Helper as a virus. Its a false positive.

Put this link to the virus scanner exclusion list

Provide us RustBuster.log and use RustBuster.exe to launch.

Well i dont know that right now but i will try another 1 but yesterday my friends were online and i couldnt get in
