Many fixes and some message additions

Full working conversion into python.

Since the MC6 release Balu and I were testing IronPython a lot.
Needs the updated IronPython. You can grab it from my github.

Added Moderator Support.
Removed mod support from config.

Hopefully fixed modsupport value.

Now supporting names with Spaces and no longer needs full name cause of Spoock's function if you are banning someone.

Added option: ModSupport. If ModSupport is 1, it will run only on magma. If it's 2 it will run on fougerite.
