• Seems like i did important fixes for homesystem in 2017 september, i just forgot to upload it to my git and here..............

• New cooldown calculation
• Added the test teleportation method which seems to works well. First it will tp you near your home, and then to your home. This would bypass falling down from the 6th floor for example, because the objects didn't load yet.

Preparations for EAC

• Avoiding the dizzy hack detection kick, I'm now only tping the player. I'm leaving the jobs for FAC and avoid the conflicts with FAC
• Boolean fixes

I'm now double checking if the player isn't null in the timer, so we won't cause RPC errors.
