The current RustBuster Client 1.5.1 is producing a false positive which seems to affect almost all players.
I already messaged Dretax about this problem. There is no workaround available. We have to wait until...
Close the server
Investigate why you got banned (Save\BanLog.log)
Delete in the Folder "Save" of your Rust Legacy Server the file FougeriteDatastore.ds
Start your server again.

If you use the plugin BannedPeople you can simply type into the server console:
fougerite.unban YOURPLAYERNAME...

It is definitely a false positive, see my PM.
Screenshots of the banned players look normal
All you can do at the moment is unbanning the affected players manually with /rbunban and disable...
What about a global announcement (e.g. Rust++ Notice) in your Rust server which asks players not use a browser while playing Rust until this problem has been fixed?

Its because your virus scanner is detecting the RustBuster Helper as a virus. Its a false positive.
Put this link to the virus scanner exclusion list

Do you know any real antivirus program which is open source? Kaspersky, NOD32, Norton, Avira, AVG, etc, they are all closed source. For a reason: Making them open source would help virus programmers to bypass them.
Just tested it with my Q6600 (Quad Core 2,4 GHZ) , with rust.exe running on 2 cores. There is a slight freeze of around 0.5 seconds when a screenshot is taken. But this is all. It is barely noticeable.
Running on 1 core = 1 second freeze
I use a resolution of 1280*720. Graphic Card: GTX 550...
