Doing rcon.login pw /setmasteradmin <- in chat Will make you an RCON admin. After that you can set the default flags in Rust++'s config http://fougerite.com/wiki/rustpp/ (Those flags are for /addadmin name) I would recommend you getting the Moderators plugin too for extra flags.

If you mean running Oxide with Fougerite, that's not possible. Heads up though, I added the Lua module which supports the Fougerite API only atm. I'm thinking on adding Oxide 1.1.8 support or Oxide2 lua support. Probably I would go with the 1.1.8 since thats only lua and has a lot of plugins...
