Broken key system

Hi, i wasn't sure if this was a problem with Pluton or the game itself, only been a problem on my server though. i messaged Streamline servers about this and they said it looks like its Pluton doing this so i thought i might as well put a massage up here saying whats going on. Basically the key system for rust is broken on my server. when i go to unlock a door it wont unlock, yet when i relog its unlocked. then when i go to lock the door it wont lock until i relog again. this is happening for the entire server. Anything that could be causing this? also i am updated to pluton v0.9.7.

so then its most likely the game itself being buggy?

yeah, they fixed something with the lock in the last update or devblog or where they wrote about it, probably broke something aswell
