What is Fougmin?? well maybe you know the plugin called oxmin back in the day well i rewrote it for fougerite

Administrators can run all commands by default
if you someone to give permissions to fougmin you can type /giveperm Name then that user wil be added the the AllowedList.ini
to remove someone his perms you need to type /removeperm ID
