New rustbuster option

hello i was thinking about a new option for rustbuster

so when a player gets banned on a rb server and joins another it says in the console of that server

Name has been banned on raidersland for (reason) you can choose to ban him or not


this wil also being logged in serversbans.log

Ahhh you want to see the bans live from the console ... XD will try to push a commit for that

yes thats is what i want and maybe what wil be cool also
is that you wil server a red X before the server names if you are banned for that

HOW TO CHECK IF IS BANNED OR UNBANNED??

just look when the server banned your connection it wil make a red X before server name
and when you can connect it wil just remove the X
