Problem connecting to a local server.

I am trying to connect to my server that is running on the same computer using the address 127.0.0.1:28015, but at the time of connecting this displaying error saying that the server is not on. Could someone tell me how to solve this?

Check if you have your ports opened.

i had that issue too until i opened the ports
