PM System was designed to create a more complex PM system than Rust++ 's. You will have to disable the reply and the pm system in Rust++ if you use this.
Commands:
/pm "playername" "message" (Quotes Required)
/r message
Also, when giving playername you can use partial names. Example:

instead of:
/pm "DreTaX" "hey bro"
