Okay, so I have set myself to /setmasteradmin, but now (Not sure if because of /masteradmin) but I can't remove people's houses that I have banned. I need help asap. Cheers.

Do you have plugin that allows an admin to remove other players bases?

No, I have installed /crush for magma, works fine, minus the fact the I can only remove my structures

That's strange. Maybe try a /saveall to make sure all your master admin flags gets written to the XML and then reconnect & try again.
