I was born in Russia, live in Montreal, and consider myself very Canadian, but one thing I hate:

So I got the server running, now it's spitting out 100's of lines per minute in console about:
NotImplementedException: Unknown wire type: 4
xxx.xx.x.xxort cause an exception when connecting - blocking for 10 minutes
So their fix for now is to ban the IP of the DDOS every 10 mins ?
For now Haven PvE is up and running, half way to full (real ppl) I have my new PvP tag plugin on (/setpvpon /setpvpoff). Also my anti-looting (you get teleported if you try to loot lol)

Well, wiped clean in case loading a previous save was the cause.. can't build, not sure if it's pluton or just rust related, getting a "Can't place: terrain_test: not in terrain" when trying for foundations.
Before I wiped, I could build on foundations that were there, just not new one. Also there was trees before I wiped, now they are gone

Guess I will have to run Pluton free until the tree bug is fixed. Hosting company doesn't allow for editing the startup script for rust to remove -load. If I install pluton it causes my server not to startup and uninstalling doesn't fix it either. Required a reinstall of the server to get it started again.
We have -load in each command line, and it did work, and loaded the latest saves.
No issues so far related to that.
Same, I have -load and restarted the server and saves and works fine now.. Still have the 100's of lines per minute of attacked being banned.. but that's it
Also, I had the visit of someone hacking, removing buildingblocks with 1 hit (level 6's) They were warping all over, didn't have time to see who it was but second time, I did and think I got him

Ok I changed the port to 49015 and not getting them anymore... I heard something over 30000 port works.. no clue why

Sorry I didn't mean to imply that they were your words. I saw the twitter post from your post and following them on twitter as well.
I contacted FPSPlayers support and they replied back later they were in touch with the developers to get the issue resolved. Basically the issue is if Pluton is installed than when you try to connect "Disconnected: Failed to establish connection - no response from remote host" Than the uninstall fails as well and the only fix is wipe the server and start over.
I apologize for my previous response and didn't mean to imply anything.
Pluton runs fine for me. And I don't know how have you tried to uninstall, you just need to copy back a clean Assembly-CSharp.dll and a clean Facepunch.dll and done.
