He dont used any hacks i know him well.

I have several players and only 1 player took ban for 7803.
It is very difficult to interfere with some other program.
Since you know him well, of an unban and tell him to do the same procedures when he took ban.

No RustBuster is only looking for assembly changes. Just unban him and see what happens.

Another person got ban by same 7803 i unbaned he got again so on so on. only fixed this by updating rustbuster i think maybe windows change something or antivirus?
